The main channel, and the fastest one. Wrong answers, missing players, bugs, suggestions for new games, and the daily argument about who should have been in the top four all go here.

New games, changes and the occasional puzzle post-mortem are announced there, and the messages are read.
Reporting something wrong in a puzzle
Say which game, which day, and what the record should be. Roster and results data comes from public sources and is sometimes out of date or plain wrong, and a specific report is usually fixed within a day or two.
Supporter payments and accounts
Billing questions, refunds, a payment that did not apply, or deleting an account and its data — email is the better route for these, since they usually need details that should not be posted in a public channel. What the site stores about an account is set out in the privacy policy.
